I can't find any GSM mobile phones test requirements under EU harmonised

Although I'm not familiar with the issue, maybe OSHA should charge NRTLs
exorbitant fees for their label changes. This might relieve their
headache, and give the NRTLs a taste of their own medicine.

IT are standard GB4943 a version of IEC 60950.

standard.
You can design it by yourself or you can print the Chinese characters to
indicate the condition if you have enough space on the lable.
