Hi David, I believe 'Wired Network Ports' are cables like Ethernet etc, that are over 3m in length when used. There is also fibre-optic leads with metal shield and antenna ports.
My opinion is HDMI and RS-232 cables would fall outside that scope for Conducted Emissions testing for CISPR 32, as they are Signal and Control cables respectively. Rob.
