Colleagues, Last week, ISO published a new edition of ISO 13849-1. I strongly recommend that you DO NOT use this standard, as it has some very significant technical flaws. During the FDIS ballot a large number of technical comments were received, but resolution of those comments was deferred until some undetermined later date.
