Hello Sandy, The latest copy of EN 61010-1, with Amendment 2, dated July 1995 does not list RUSSIA as a CENELEC member. Therefore, I assume they are not a party to the CCA (unless the've joined since that time. Perhaps the CB Scheme will work for you. Regards, Art Michael, Editor
