EN 60204-1 also says: Indicating towers on machines should have the applicable colours in the following order from the top down; RED, YELLOW, BLUE, GREEN and WHITE.
This is a “should” and not a “shall”, so it is not compulsory to follow this convention, but it does seem to imply that the single multi-color LED lamp would not be a preferred option.
