Some thoughts. Assuming that this was a virus, the warning could be helpful to some. While I agree with Robert comments in part, in fact a lot of the viruses that exploit weaknesses in "Microsoft Outlook" use the sender's address book. So you WILL get viruses from people you know or correspond
