Jim, Under the latest Part 68 Rules, I believe you no longer submit an application to the FCC for Part 68 registration. As far as I know, the latest FCC Part 68 Rule gives manufacturers the CHOICE to choose a designated TCB or the FCC to have its products approved. John Radomski
