Yes prA14 did pass I have been reliably informed.
It will be interesting to see when it is going to be published in the OJEC.

Just to be really sure I haven't missed anything, A14 is a clarification of
requirements and test methods and does nothing to postpone the drop dead
date for this standard, right?
