Question is, May I install EMC2 in the SUSE V10 environment (How?) or I must

The CD can be used as a LIVE CD...this means that you can try Ubuntu and
EMC2 in a Live mode without modifiying your system. Just boot your PC with
the CD in the drive (and set your bios to boot from CD).
I don't know if you can easily install EMC2 on Suse (I don't think so...at
