Aluminum isn't a good choice especially with complicated parts. It doesn't
flex to release the molds. Typically with aluminum, it's automated and it
pushes the parts out with pins.

Don't expect high cutting speeds and rapids (my current rapid is set to
240mm/m), but the steppers do remain cool no matter how long you run them.

I was inspired by Rainer to move from hal_joystick to hal_input.
I didn't use the joyhandle component specified in the wiki, and used a
config similar to the Remote_Pendant config in the wiki.
