Why would you want to install Windows on an old PC used for LCNC?
I do have a copy of Windows 10 that runs on my main Linux desktop PC but
Windows runs inside a Virtual Machine. Virtual Machines make Windows easy
to install. All you need is a working VM image.

I used one that way for a while. I had no problems with it until I
accidentally fried it by feeding 24V into one of it's signal lines.
