I updated to latest sim from the build bot master to try Gscreen/Gmoccapy
but it crashes right away, seems something's missing. Unfortunately the
forum is not as active as I thought so I'll try here then.
Debug file information:
Can not find -sec MOT -var MOT -num 1
Can not find -sec IO -var IO

Try v2.6.0-pre0-4689-gaae1ac0 from the buildbot,

Thanks for that. The information you provided confirms my conclusion
that the problem is missing python bindings for gtksourceview2. When
you install the new deb that will soon be ready from the buildbot, it
should install the needed package. Please let us know if it fixes the
problem

Well good, it got past the gtksourceview part and on to the next

I just pushed the fix for this, the buildbot is building it now.
Thanks for reporting these problems.

gmoccapy is unfortunately not well integrated into our build and
packaging system
Is MTConnect something worth learning more about? Has anyone used it
with LinuxCNC?

I tried it but the server seem to be down. There is a similar thing
available already for LCNC that I tested and it works.
Try here - it works very well.
