As a Tormach owner I may be able to shed a little light on their TTS holders: Tormach have only made ATC compatible holders (with groove for the gripper) for at least 3 years. I have used some of the thinner TTS adapter rings and found them unsatisfactory. It was difficult to ensure that the rings
