Gene, guess I'm kinda late here, but I paint just about every bit of iron I can get my hands on with Valspar Tractor and Implement Enamel, its great stuff but comes in limited colors. However, it is possible to mix the various stock colors to get just about any color imaginably. Its pretty cheap

Greetings all; I cleaned the apron up after machining holes for some pushbuttons, washed it up with alky, and gave it a coat of some primer magic that claimed to be etchant and primer. Recoat time was 10 minutes or 48 hours, so I gave it 2 coats. Let it dry long enough to go get some
