We added a warning dialog for those switching to 1.7
to double check preferences
because we assumed that there are issues.
Although we didn't THAT issue.

As I have already reported, accesskey for signing state is not visible
in compose windows menu.
In addition, accesskey for PGP/MIME status does not exist.
