Subject encryption only works for PGP/MIME encrypted messages. Not for inline
PGP.

Just upgraded to Thunderbird 68.3 and Enigmail 2.14. I can't get it to
encrypt the message SUBJECT... What am I doing wrong? I check-marked
"Encrypt subject by default" in the advanced send options, but still not
working.
