I made some changes to the build system to fully enable separation of
sources and build trees again (cvs as is supports it more or less).
one problem I encountered (which leads to the messy parts of the patch)
is that edje_cc looks in the build (ie. current) directory when files
are #includ
Of all the useful keyboard keybindings in the default
set that come with E16, two things I use with great
frequency and would expect to find are not included:
__A_MAX_SIZE, "conservative" and __A_SHOW_MENU
"taskmenu".
I personally think it would be a good idea to add the

I've split up the default.edc theme so people can work on components
without getting in each other's way. Raster approved this scheme.
(This is current and includes HandyAndE's latest pager/window update)
Also, I figured out jed and was able to indent things nicely.

HandyAndE just made a change to the original default.edc so this patch
no longer applies...once his change hits anon I'll redo this default.edc
