[E-devel] X cpu Usage in e16.8.0

I use Win4Lin 5.1 which runs fine under e. Recently (within the last three weeks of cvs builds), I notice that X is always using 1-3% CPU cycles even when I am idle and no apps are running (per gkrellm2). This ONLY occurs if Win4Lin has not been launched in e. Once it is launched, X cpu usage is 0
