Summary:
o A long time since the last report due to myself being away.
o Jenkins is in stuck in restart mode right now. This might take a while
to get fixed as Beber is away and I have no way to fix this from the
jenkins interface.
o Pending patches incresed to 100 again
o No failed build

I can continue working on release process then you can focus more on
other stuffs such as leak, critical bug, phab, ...
I am planning to start the process today 11PM KST. If there is any
