[E-devel] Cannot find reason for non-scrolling of list

Greetings list, I have been trying to fix: https://github.com/Abdur-rahmaanJ/Exterminator now i got the scrollbar to show but but i cannot find why the list does not scroll i spent some hours on it here is a screenshot of how it looks now: https://media.discordapp.net/attachments/890990543516
