Open an Eterm, "Set Border Style -> Borderless", when you try to
resize it, it will remain at the maximum size of the original size
before you remove the borders (it doesn't resize to a size bigger than
its own size), the non-visible resized area is also inactive, you
dont't have access to that area with the mouse

Open an X session with e16, leave X and open another session with
"startx /usr/bin/e16 -- :1", the new session creates a new
configuration as it is a new session of E, it also happens with "e16
-w 640x480" (within the same X sessions).

(Im use the actual version of e16.8 from soulmachine repository)
