Hi, that's really weird..
I'm running Ubuntu 12.04 and I just installed libosmesa6-dev using apt-get install and it works fine. Which OSMesa have you tried this on? I only opened OSMesa in the code because when I implemented it, libosmesa contained all the GL symbols. Maybe they separated it?
