Before moving back to Debian, I just upgraded the Ubuntu Utopic packages here:
https://launchpad.net/~martinx/+archive/ubuntu/enlightenment
I also backported libinput 0.6.0 from Jessie, to Utopic. I hope that
it will not break things for Utopic users... It is working for me.

Well,
This problem doesn't appear when compiling EFL on Debian Jessie,
which comes with libinput 0.6.0.
Time to move back to Debian... :-)

Mmmm... EFL 1.13 requires "libinput >= 0.6.0", which doesn't exists in
Ubuntu Utopic... Updating my system to Vivid!
