Look at the detection of Eina_Unicode's size, it says it's 0. This should
be fixed. It actually shouldn't be detected now that it's a single tree,
but instead just use the value eina chooses

I fixed it (with an hack). For some reason EFL_OPTIONAL_DEPEND_PKG doesn't
define FRIBIDI_CFLAGS as thus the next test fails (because it depends on
that one). Please see commit 81385.
