Tasn has told me Devilhorns fixed this issue some months ago, in which case it has resurfaced. It seems that I can't add the systray to the illume-indicator "shelf", which for the time being had to make me put a shelf over the softkey as a temporary workaround like this: https://plus.google.com/111476378907603803049/posts/FKo42bHKpWC Since that I've moved that ibar to the indicator, but I'd like to loose that shelf.
