raster, you must not put the release version *before* AC_INIT. Nothing must be
put before it (except AC_PREREQ). So it's value is not known and release_info
is empty.

aaargh. missed one and it went on the wrong line. problem is... it worked when
testing. i have working eina libs... they just have empty release names! :) i
fixed the snapshot tarballs
