Hi there!
I added the weather module right now, but it doesn't show anything.
What am I doing wrong?
Where can I debug?
Thanks,
Martin

The weather module is still at an infancy stage and it is being
implemented somewhat different.
The system(wget) has been taken out and replaced with the
ecore_file_download as well as its download parser placed on a
diiferent ecore timer. There's still many stuff that we need to clean
up.

Yeah, that would be great. My list of stuff to do:
- Take out system(wget) and use ecore_file_download or
anything that doesn't block.
- Put the download get and the parser on seperate
ecore timers.
- Put in a ecore text entry box popup for editing the
URL to download, instead of popping up an
Hey Matt,
If you need help coding it, debugging it or whatever, I'll try to help.
If there's anything in particular that you want to tackle down, let me
know. I haven't looked at the source yet, but I'll take a look it and
get a feel for it.
Let me know.

Any help is appreciated :)
I've only been programming for about 6 months, so I'm
sure there's some ugly bugs in there :)
Is there a better/easier way to parse an html file
than using sscanf()?

It's going to switch from wget to using
ecore_file_download, which eliminates the hang. At
the time it was written there weren't any E libs that
could download a URL, so it was an ugly workaround.
The weather module wasn't supposed to be in CVS yet,
and it's really still in an infancy state.

Greetings.
I've noticed that the weather module for E17 blocks E while updating -
ie E appears 'locked' while the weather module is downloading. When this
happens ( starting / restarting E, and each update at the specified
interval ), the desktop pager, engage bar, and the rest of E are
