Better solution:
After updating from cvs, edit configure.in and comment out the line
containing AC_PROG_CXX altogether (as long as you don't intend to build
for Qtopia, that's fine). Then rerun autogen.sh to configure.

I can't seem to be able to build any output_file.app.eet with the
iconbar_icon_make program. (I wish to make some *.app.eet to be used w/
rephorm's iconbar. )
e.g
