so, i found why it happened :)
it is not about locales..
when i made a deb package, it didn't work because it didn't install
page_xxx.so files. With make install, it worked. So i modifed debian scripts
for E, corrected all bugs in them and it works :) and i sent fixes to Falko
Schmidt.
