this just adds the same behaviour than the standard wayland library
does. Which is in my eyes a good idea, you can use each efl app the same
way you could use weston-terminal for example.
For blocking someones connection attempts we can add a additional
env var.

If i store .cache in tmpfs, does it possible to specify max size of
cache dir for enlightenment and all e stuff ?
Yes, i can specify size in tmpfs mount, but in this case apps can
panic when space is absent... Does enlightenment and efl cleanup all
cached items when low on space ?
