TLDR:
If there's other people that doesn't have programming skill big enough
to spend them on E core developing (bugs, E20, etc etc) like me, but
want to create theme, maybe we shold try to create a project togheter?

As a themer I am interested in a platform for sharing stuff, get updated
code and, maybe, inform if there's changes on how the theme code should be
(like the changes on the past on EFM or Systray that broke up some
themes)... a sort of extendend phab's page of theme migration.
