Once a week is what raster tries to do. Sometimes there is no such

I'm not so sure that asparagus = enlightenment.freedesktop.org

 to.

This is interesting, for packagers especially. We use e17 as WM for the
jacklab audio distro (openSUSE based) and the e17 packager only
updates, when the version number changes on
enlightenment.freedesktop.org - there is no way to see if there
are updates other than asparagus oO

So I'd say the only chance you have is to try inside cygwin which

No, they just don't get loaded by default as every loaded module takes

The Fileload dialog has a bug:

And I'm not able to place to clock correctly. There is a border around
the clock in edit mode and to the bottom there are a few pixels left
so it looks unaligned since it clips the few pixels above the

Where can I find an iconbar for my iconified windows?
The iconbar in the CVS is an application starter ...

Many thanks! That's what I need!

And I'm not able to place to clock correctly. There is a border
around the clock in edit mode and to the bottom there are a few
pixels left so it looks unaligned since it clips the few pixels
   above the bottom ...

I'm not really sure what you mean here --- for me the clock is
nicely centered in its resize-box when I use the Edit Mode, and I
  see no strange clipping.

Have a look at the attachments. I can't get it to the bottom because
of the resize-box (which is clipped to the bottom).

That's not a general bug of e17. That's caused by the clock's theme.
it's the winter theme isn't it? Just switch to default theme and see
that it's ok with that one :)

Let me intruduce Nicos gnubiff to you. gnubiff is a mail
notification program that not only checks for mail, but also displays
headers when new mail has arrived. Its free software and is
 availablable at: http://gnubiff.sourceforge.net/

gnubiff works very well in e17. Attached is a screenshot. gnubiff at
 the upper left corner.

 -Dienekes
Ahh, that's what gnubiff is ;)
looks nice
sylpheed has an tray-icon too, to show if new mails arrived etc...

anyways, please _link_ screenshots in the future rather than attaching
them, as attachments on the list get send to...humm...dunno... ~ 5000
users or something, which wastes a lot of sf's bandwidth.
a better way is to post them on http://imageshack.us/ and just post a
link at the list here ;)

I'm using sylpheed too, and remember there was an option to force
sylpheed to reply to the list.
I can't find that option in menus anymore, but I found this line in my
 ~/.sylpheed/sylpheedrc:

 default_reply_list=1

 and it works :)

yes, hehe. i use that too, and it works mostly.
the cases where it fails is when ppl use a mailer that adds that to the
header:

Reply-To: Guillermo Movia [EMAIL PROTECTED]

that damned reply-to tag lets sylpheed send it to that adress, even
default_reply_list=1 is set. at least my gtk2 version doesn, dunno if
stable gtk1 can handle that right.

default_reply_all=1 would send it to both, the sender, and the list.
but somehow i don't like that option. sender gets same mail twice then

cheers!

When I installd yesterday, my system crashed when trying to start e17
 with displays as follows;

 'missing XpExtension on display :0.0'

and some refrences to xinerama. (I use two monitors BTW).

I downgraded to 0409 and things are back to normal. The same thing
happened with today's (April 13th) CVS as well.

Should I have an XpExtension somewhere?

 Thanks,

 Jim

absolutely same here (well ok, no system crash, it just doesn't start
up), and lots of other guys from gentoo forum have that problem too! at
least it shows now that it's not gentoo related in any way :)

XpExtension:
Xprint is a printing extension for the X Window System. It allows an
application to render output to a printer just as it would to any other
display device. The server portion, Xprt, uses an extension
(XpExtension) to handle paged output devices. Xprint outputs as
PostScript, PCL 3, PCL 5 or as a raster bitmap at printer resolution.

^^ that shouldn't have to do with it

i get a glibc empty handler message

it has to do with localisation ...somehow
