We have a lot of changes going on in Elementary right now. Since people may
submit patches relative to both trunk AND to the release, to minimize problems
with pulling in patches and work I think we should have a short development
cycle for the next release, so how about this:

I do certainly not know, how much time it would need to ask for an
armhf build permission and its setup. All I can tell you is, that the
Ubuntu armhf distro is amazingly complete, and that there is not
difference to any i386/amd64 compilation, regarding e17.

Would the Launchpad 'ppa builder' allow you to compile a armhf repository
along the i386/amd64 repos? Keeping a svn e17-version uptodate manually,
takes a lot of time on these low CPU/Ram machines.
