strongly worded warning. Warnings are grouped and displayed
at the end of a build so you don't have to sit there watching your
screen. I will go one step further and submit a patch to implement both
of these steps tonight.

If you press enter instead of click to select the menu option it will
work. There have been a few reports of this, but since 18 was already
out I don't think there has been much effort in correcting this. This
also only happens on multi-monitor setups.

a facebook, github or google account too as well as register stand-alone. it's
pretty promiscuous, but still needs you to log in anyway.
I am getting an error when tyring to register stand-alone, I was able to
register through google though.

As I can not find the focus settings. I am going to assume that I have
the defaults. My focus currently follows my mouse, and requires me to
click on the title bar to change z ordering. I do not use Compiz,
Sawfish or LG3D.
