I've done some debugging on my secondary system. I've upgraded my distro,
leaving E suite untouched. And ibar is empty just as on my primary system.
It seems, that my ibar application list got broken not because of new EFL
update, but because of some other software update.

I have a fresh compiled 0.19.1 (from git tag v0.19.1)
After a few resets of e19 (about 10) , applications did magically
