The option: Configuration - Configuration Console - Window Manipulation Settings - Advanced Settings - Allow shading/resizing has no effect here. Does not matter what maximizing policy I chose and if I enable or disable it. FULLSCREEN is always a fixed window. SMART, FILL and EXPAND is not.
