there is a minor issue in E that i've never reported before, but it's
there from version 0.16.5.:
if I tell E to open a window at startup, and I set that window to be
shaded and at the edge of the screen through remembered settings, then
the window will start detached from the edge a few pixel

Running imlib_config should start up a GUI to change/set the settings.
