yes, assign each of them a unique name/title, and remember their
settings through the window menu

How about option: remmeber / virtual desktop for Eterm? I am using it
for GAIM (to prevent popup new messages on every desktop), but if you
start Eterm on another desktop, it will rewrite config.

Hi
I'm a gkrellm user, and while running it sticky I noticed the window
focus isn't remebered on desktop switch but rather given to my sticky
gkrellm per default.
The code responsible for this seems to be apps/e/src/bin/e_desk.c
lines 266-267:
(((bd-desk == desk) ||
I updated tclock,
compiled, installed, loaded, unloaded, removed config, loaded
etc...
I get the configure
dialog, and its the new one, but I dont see tclock anywhere. Not on the desktop
nor in the shelf.
any
help?
R.
It did that to me, and it also knocked my network time sync off.
But now its just invisible.

I'm compiling from scratch under FC4 with gcc version 4.0.2 20051125
(Red Hat 4.0.2-8). I unwrapped the .tar.gz packages into /tmp/en so I
have:
drwxrwxrwx 6 1000 1000 4096 May 18 13:38 ecore-0.9.9.026
drwxrwxrwx 5 1000 1000 4096 May 18 13:55 edje-0.5.0.026
drwxrwxrwx 4 1000 1000 4096 May 18
when i first fired it up, it was also invisible. however, all i
had to do was select the "configure contents" option from a right-click
on the shelf, and enable the tclock option. it showed up in my shelf
immediately.
(apologies in advance, morten. ;) )
