well if your using the git sources, there is likely going to be a little
bit of instability due to it being development code and not release code.
for the icons, try changing your icon theme, and making sure that you
have one installed.

Yes ive noticed this issue as well. It's a problem in the way e17 is
reading the .destop files
in the desktop file thats in the debian dist (/usr/share) it only has
the program name, which e17 then cannot locate the correct icon. the
failure to set it manually via the GUI is due to the window
BTW, i have debian packages (for wheezy and jessie)

So i've been working on building some e17 packages for debian,
the ubuntu ones from the ppa are incompatible because of the libc6
version, (require 2.14, have 2.13.28)
and im getting the strangest anomaly.
if i isntall from source (enlightenment package, everything else seems
to work fine)
So i've gone and installed Bohdi and have everything working well so far.
Though the filemanager has its own issues, (enlightenment_filemanager)
I can't see/mount external devices or other partitions. and i can not
get dropbox
to open its folder in enlightenment_filemanager. Both of these things

The drives aren't mounted. I want to be able to do that through EFM,
However neither internal storage nor external devices are listed. I've

to an EFM issue since mounting, unmounting all seems to work fine in

I've seen this issue before but not a fix
When i run a vmware machine it makes several
keys on the keyboard useless and i can't regain functionality
unless i restart e17. I don't have this issue in other window managers
and i havent seen a way around this issue.
