Just check the "lock on suspend" checkbox in the screenlock
configuration dialog and you're done :)
I just suspend my laptop and it locks every time so I have to unlock it
at resume, which is what you want I suppose.

Is it possible to set up a key binding to *both* lock the screen *and*
