if it is partially visible you can do it with ALT+Mouse1
if it is totally hidden outside the screen try menu - windows -
cleanup windows

you can use alt+click, that's the common shortcut (which you can change if
you don't like). I have also setup another shortcut for movement with
win+one ofWASD, to move the window up|down|left|right.
