Maximization using expansion expands windows so that they fit around
modules. Smart expansion does something similar, but doesn't fill it in
all the way, comparable to a OS X maximize. I personally use expand
since I can automatically maximize my windows and have them fit around
modules on the to
in the configuration panel, under "Window Manipulation", what is the
difference between "Smart expansion" and "Expand the window"?
