mitigate that 1% (legacy profiles being one of them). Really handy for being
able to configure the browser for mac and PC

There is a preference to turn it off right now (print.tab_modal.enabled),
but that preference will be going away in the near future. That preference
can be managed via policy.
Sorry, I wasn't clear. Are you using GPO or policies.json?
LegacyProfiles only works with GPO
