Thank you for your report.
It seems that someone manually deleted the apache config, that causes it
to fail on upgrade.
>From the report e.g.:
modified.conffile..etc.apache2.apache2.conf: [deleted]
If deleted anyway you can just remove or purge apache package and be good.

the conf file is uninstalled if you purge e.g. "apt remove --purge".
The logs should persist even a purge.
OTOH happy to hear that it worked on a retry, I'll mark it invalid as it is no
