Today, we have exactly the same problem with ESR 38.4. With 45.2.0, all is 
working fine.

Today, we have FireFox ESR 38.6.1 crashing on every endpoint it's 
installed on. Upgrading to ESR 45.3.0 resolved the issue. I'm looking at 
the crash report and this is the crash reason: Crash Reason: 
EXCEPTION_ACCESS_VIOLATION_READ.

ESR 38.6.1 won't even launch in safe mode so I can't troubleshoot it. 
Anyone familiar with this reason?
