terminus-fonts was part of RHEL 6 but was dropped from RHEL 7.
I have been asking ndim (the package contact, CC'ed)
about adding terminus-fonts to EPEL 7 several times now

and I just built terminus-fonts-4.38-3.el7.

This requirement seems to be just in the fedora spec file -- it doesn't seem
to be part of the upstream. From the man
