the problem is that the system seems to be RHEL-EUS with 8.2 and EPEL
is rolling with latest RHEL. So mirrormanager does not know what
`repo=epel-8.2` is. You may be able to install packages by either
editing the epel.repo to say `repo=epel-8` OR change the baseurl to
point to the 8.2 snapshot in archives:
https://dl.fedoraproject.org/pub/archive/epel/8.2.2020-11-04/
