Update Information:

### v1.10  Backported [#76](https://github.com/simplesamlphp/saml2/pull/76) to
the 1.x range: Attribute value parsing now correctly verifies and parses EPTI
values as NameIDs.

su -c 'yum update php-simplesamlphp-saml2_1' at the command line.
