This was a classpath entry that optionally could be provided by a
compatibility fragment. The compatibility fragment has since been
deprecated and removed from the Eclipse project. In Neon the jar has been

In MANIFEST.MF of org.eclipse.equinox.registry_3.6.0.v20150318-1503.jar, "
*runtime_registry_compatibility.jar*" is defined as Bundle-ClassPath. But I
was not able to find this jar in org.eclipse.equinox.
registry_3.6.0.v20150318-1503.jar or in the Mars2 SDK. Where is this file
located?
