[equinox-dev] [sec] use of Equinox secure storage
ECF has begun some work on using the new Equinox secure storage to
persist ECF IDs (which are used by ECF to uniquely identify users,
accounts, services, remote resources, other things). After Ganymede, we
expect this to be usable
